Month of Management
You’ve got all the pieces set, but you need someone else to pull them together to ensure for a flawless wedding day. This package will start 2 months prior to your wedding date, gathering all details you have set. We are here to take care of the technicalities and you just worry about looking fabulous!
You can book this package 6 months out or less from your wedding date!
What's Included​​

Contract is signed and we are locked in
- Provide you with a month to month checklist
- Preferred Vendor List

​​​1st meeting via phone/zoom (2 months prior)
- Gather all your vendors you have booked
- Schedule and timing for the day; sending out to all vendors involved
- Signage for your day, welcome sign, seating chart, etc.

2nd meeting via phone/zoom (3-4 weeks out)
- Finalize timeline for the day
- Finalize all details; final numbers, design, layout, etc.

3rd meeting, final walkthrough in person (2-3 weeks out)
- We walk through the space, finalizing layout and design
- Make any last minute changes

Wedding Weekend
- Run rehearsal so all friends and family are on the same page!
- Gather all your personal belongings so you are stress free day of!
- Emergency Wedding Kit
- Keeping you on schedule for a seamless day
- Making sure the couple and family are all taken care of
- Oversee vendor arrival and set up
- Set up all personal items/take down all personal items at the end of the night
- Place all personal items in safe spot for you to take home at the end of the evening
- Your lead planner, Katelyn, Leslye or Mary and one additional assistant on wedding day. Additional planners may be needed.

Investment starts at $2,200 (OR) $2,500 (CA)
* Month of Management package is not for the couple whose venue requires catering and rentals to be brought in. The planner is required to review and assist with rental orders for these weddings. Our Perfect Planning or Full Planning packages are the best fit for you!
